I emailed the link. It was opened and the user was able to add some replies in the form. Is it possible for the user to save the form, hit the link again and ‘presto’ the form re-appears with her edits still showing and she can continue adding her replies to it?

@tom8195t, the respondent should be able to make entries, save them and then get back to the last entered point and continue collecting data. You should be able to learn more through our support article Collecting Data through Web Forms.
