Error 500 when creating an account

Dear all,

we set up a kobotoolbox environment using the “kobo-install” script.

We face multiple issues which I would like to tackle one after another.

So here comes the first one:

  1. When we use the form “create an account” on the login screen the server throws the following error:
    ”Server error (500)

Something went wrong when trying to process your request.”

I tried to find anything helpful in all possible log files but did not succeed.

Maybe you can help me out?
