Error 500 when i try to submit collected forms to server

Hi guys,

I’m experiencing this error when i try to submit a survey and it’s not the first time that this happens.

@diogosantos, do you have media files along with the submission you are tying to submit to the server?

Hi @Kal_Lam,

Yes. All of them has media files (.pdf). One of them has 20MB of size.
