Hi
I am unable to log in to my account, and and I need the data for research.
I am getting a 502 error on the https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/ site.

We apologize for the disruption, but https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/ is currently down due to an issue with our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services. This issue appears to be isolated to the US region where the non-humanitarian server runs and is not affecting the EU region where https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info/ is hosted.
As of 13:00 UTC, Amazon has released this statement:
We can confirm a loss of power within a single data center within a single Availability Zone (USE1-AZ4) in the US-E…

I also are experiencing some connection errors to the https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/ server.
I am trying to download the results (XLS file) but it keeps stuck at “processing” and will not move forward. Not sure if this is a server error or not.
