Error 502 bad gateway when accessing Reports page

Hi! I’m trying to access Reports page in my project Final Draft_TOC Productivity on the server kf.kobotoolbox.org with my user (and the owner) toc_data and am getting this error message

It does not happen for other projects, only this one, but this is also the biggest project although it only has ~3800 submissions and uses 198 mb of storage. Have had this error for 2-3 weeks. It happens when using both Chrome and Edge.

Not sure if it’s an issue with the size of the project or maybe some corrupt data? Could you help, please? :slight_smile:

Alsooo, when I try to export the data it gets stuck. It’s been saying ‘Processing’ since yesterday

@toc_data, are you still facing this issue? Could you let us know the total number of submissions you have for this project?

Hi! Just checked, and yes, still facing the issue, the total number of submission are 4164. The export is also still processing.
