Error accessing server on kobo collect

Hi I have set up my server correctly, but I keep receiving an error message that the server requires authentication. I have logged out of my account on the web browser and logged in again to check if the password was correct.

Welcome to the community, @jotak! So do you mean you are not able to get the forms to your Collect android app?

Yes I can not get forms, I keep getting this error message

Your configurations seems correct. Is your password correct? As an alternative you could configure your server settings as follows:

Yes my password was correct. I have added mu username in the url and it worked!
