I have successfully created a form and deployed it into kobo-toolbox. I have downloaded the form successfully in my smart phone using kobocollect and entered all required data into it. But when I try to post the data to koboserver, it displays an error message: Client Protocol Exception. Please help me to resolve this problem.

Hi Jeni,
Could you send your form as an XLS attachment? That’s the only way we can test it to see if we can identify the issue. Most likely this is due to a connection problem, which is relatively common on unreliable Internet connections. There is no risk of losing data in this process, you just have to retry sending the finalized forms again.
