While editing submission, the images responses do appear in the editor webpage but disappear after clicking the submit button. When viewing the submission through data table page 'could not retrieve ‘filename’ ’ error is seen instead of the image.
Additionally, a new authentication step seems to have been introduced in the submission editing page once the submit button is clicked. Is that an issue here?
