Error creating new REST service

Hi, we are creating a New Rest Service according with the instructions (https://support.kobotoolbox.org/en/articles/592398-rest-services) but we got a message “Failed adding REST service”

We are working on kobo humanitarianresponse platform.

Anyone know what could be failing?
