Error during uploading a form

Dear all
I’ve deployed new form with two languages for my new project. form was successfully uploaded but, after the uploding the form it is not allowed to edit and following error massage appeared.

further in the language selection option there is one option named default and no langues appearing.
pls any one help me to overcome the issue

Seems like you are having translations issue. To sort it out, i would suggest you to go through these two support articles which should solve out your issue:

  1. Adding Another Language to your XLS Form
  2. Adding another language to your form in the Project Dashboard
