One of my team members tried syncing an entry they collected offline and keep getting this error despite trying at different times of day and different days.
Any suggestions for how to fix this?

@Kal_Lam We are using background audio, but that is all for media!
Hi @Kal_Lam or others! Any updates on why this didn’t work, or what needs to be modified so that I don’t run into the same issue when I deploy another survey with background audio? My team has started data collection and I want to make sure it works for them before they do too many interviews!
