Error Generic Exception: timeout

Yes dear, form last day I am facing this issue…yes the whole team is getting this error, may be due to internet issue in our country or is it a KOBO server connectivity issue,
@waqas_ashfaque, have you exceeded the submission threshold provided by the system? Could you kindly let us know the total number of submissions you have for that project on your account?
@waqas_ashfaque, this could be an issue with a weak network connection. Are you able to browse anything from the device that is not able to make submissions to the server just to check whether the network is available in the device?
