Error Getting Form List: Form listing failed

Dear Everyone,
I am using humanitarian server and uploaded Forms. On KOBO COLLECT, I found the following message.

Error Getting Form List
"Form listing failed. getXmlDocument failed while accessing https://humanitarianresponse.info/username/formList with status code: 404.

Any idea to solve the problem.
