Hi everyone, I need help on clearing this error. My url is correct and my internet connection functional but after refreshing, i am still getting the same error. Any ideas on how to go around it?

Thanks for your contacting us. I think you have setup wrong server url in Admin setting . Please try to use correct server url. If you have any option to share screen shot , you can share with me. I will try my best to sort out this problem asap.

Welcome to the community forum. I have reviewed your response and your original query. I would like to provide context information.
The issue here was that you had tried entering information on a server that you did not have an account on.
Now on the second issue:
You need to check and confirm the following:
- The projects that you are looking at are deployed on the server.
- That you own the project and if they are shared with you, kindly confirm the share once again.
- Confirm that you do not own a different account that actually has the projects.
