Error in duplication

Hi !

Description

I tried to duplicate some questions of the form in the Kobo form builder I attached to this topic but I had this error message:

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Upload an XLS form to Kobo
  2. Try to duplicate a question

WASH_KAP_mobile_template_v9_9_4.xlsx (1.1 MB)

Additional details

This issue exists only for forms where column that are not XLSForms standard columns exists. So I believe the bug is perhaps linked to these columns.

I am using EXCEL 2013, KOBO Humanitarian response & ODK Collect v1.22.4.
