Error Loading submission

Hi

Please help, l am failing to load submissions from my research participants.
The system is giving me an error message and it says l should contact Support desk with this

Request to https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/api/v2/asset_snapshots/stbjuws9QziiknYG4VDQVm/formList?formID=stbjuws9QziiknYG4VDQVm failed.

Kindly help

Can you share a screenshot of the error message with us?
Also can you share which steps do you take to load submissions?
