Error Message I have not seen before

This seems to be only happening in one country:

“errors occurred during the loading of this form. It is recommended not to use this form for data entry until this is resolved. Type error: object doesn’t support property or method before”.

Would you mind elaborating your issue a bit so that we get a clear picture of the issue you are facing. We would appreciate if you provide us with the following information:

  • Have you successfully deployed your survey project?
  • What are you collecting your data in i.e. KoBoCollect android app or web form?
  • If Web form which browser are you using?
  • If KoBoCollect android app which device and OS (does the device have)?
  • Are other enumerators also facing the same problem or is it related with only a single enumerator?
