Error message seen in KoBoCollect while trying to submit collected forms to server

Hi everyone, I’m getting error message when i try to submit from phone to server what could be the problem and i need solution to it please help.

Hi @Matolab,

Are you using your own server or are you using the OCHA server or the HHI server?

I’m using the server i signed up for under Non-Humanitarian server

In this case, please ensure the following:

  • Your device is connected to the internet
  • You have note erased the BLANK FORM from your device
  • Your link to the server under the server is configured correctly
