I have to insert cascade . Getting the following error even in older forms where it was performed perfectly fine. However , the option is working while deploying the forms. and we are getting the perfect cascade option

Kindly please be informed that the image you share is related with duplicates in the choices tab. Download your xlsform and then scan for duplicates. You should see some duplicate values within your xlsform. Try removing them and the problem should be solved.
