Error message shown while installing KoBoCollect in my tablet

Hi,
I have installed Kobo collect on Samsung tablet and when I try to open Kobo collect app it gives an error. can’t create directory/storage/sdcard0/odk. kindly let us know what might be the issue here.

Hi @khasaab,

Would you mind first checking the storage space that is available in your tablet. Seems like your tablet is running out of space.
