Error message when I want to deploy

Hi, I received an error message when I want to deploy my form that I can’t seem to understand:
[row : 30] List name not in choices sheet: fz6wp28

I tried to count the 30th question and delete it but it did nothing, I googled the error but nothing again.

Can someone explained to me what I’m supposed to do?

I had a quick answer on the chat and it is fixed. For those of you who are wondering how to identify the row 30, just download the xls file!

You have to keep like this:
Survey: select_multiple fz6wp28 or select_one fz6wp28
Choice: name: fz6wp28
and add option as much as you want with name: fz6wp28

I am getting that message when deploying what should I do
"your form cannot be deployed because it contains errors:

No JSON object could be decoded"

Would suggest you to validate your xlsform with https://opendatakit.org/xlsform/ to see the syntax errors within your xlsform.

It’s fine I have actually noticed it was the name of the xlsform which I had save with spaces,
