I think I have the same issue. I created a survey to help collect info when in the field.
Currently I am in the Netherlands and when I open the link, it is no problem.
However, when the field people in South Africa try to open the link, they receive the following error:
“Error occurred during the loading of this form. We do not recommend you use this form for data entry until this is resolved.”
They have tried it in Chrome, Safari, restarting the browser, desktop mode, deleting cache, but nothing works. It is done via https://ee.kobotoolbox.org/
I hope someone can help me figure out what is happening.
