error on cascading select when entering another record in a repeat group: xpath evaluation: type mismatch nodeset has more than one node

Hi, everyone.

I could not get past this error everytime I enter a second record in a repeating group with a cascading select. Here’s a copy of the xml file which may help in better explaining my problem.

Thanks and looking forward to some assistance/clarification regarding this error.
