One of my respondents using Safari browser filled the form and while submitting, they got error "Failed to execute ‘transactions’ on ‘IDBDatabase’: The database connection is closing. While, at the same time another respondent used Mozilla Firefox and could submit the form. Can you help me with this? Please help me in simple language as I do not understand software language.
Welcome to the community, @avadh166! Kindly please be informed that Enketo should not be compatible with Safari. Maybe you will need to use one of the modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc. Details are provided in our support article:
