Error with Instance ID - Unable to upload form submissions

Hello All,

I was able to receive submissions from the team for the same form since last few months. Since yesterday teams are facing issues during submission of form. They are getting the following message -
Error: Generic Exception: Error: Instance ID is required.

Can you please help. Here I have also attached my xls form for your reference.

Try removing this entirely from your form settings:

You shouldn’t really be using static instance_ids; this may be causing the issue you are seeing.
