Excel data 'XLS' cannot be opened

Dear Team,

My project was collected using KoboToolbox. I have downloaded my data in excel format ‘xls’ but it can not be loaded in my excel. The prompt message asks: Is it possible the file was moved, renamed, or deleted?

Kindly assist. thank you

thanks @Kal_Lam i downloaded the file in legacy XLS format and It worked well.
