Export Failed - unsupported type <class ‘list’> in write() with a project

Hi Kal_lam! Hope you’re doing well.

I’ve been facing an issue for some time now when trying to export my data from Kobo in XLS format. The system returns the following error: “unsupported type <class ‘list’> in write()”.

Since I noticed that several other users have encountered the same issue, I’m sharing the following information in case it helps you look into it:

  • Username: xxxxxxx

  • Project name: ENQUÊTE DE REFERENCE WAWI CI_SN 2025

  • Server: kf.kobotoolbox.org
