Facing problems with moving from V1 to V2, all data links broken

Dear Kobo team,

I noticed that all the asynchronous links from my data in Excel and Power Bi to Kobo are broken. I read your publication on your site and attempted to fix these issues to no avail. Please, I need urgent help in addressing these issues.
