Welcome to the community @gelokobok! Could you kindly share with the community the screenshot of your Collect android app’s General Settings>Server? Also please feel free to share a screenshot of the issue if you are having submission error. This should help us troubleshoot your issue.
It seems that you are using a self hosted server. Would you mind contacting your administrator if the server has any issues? Kindly please be informed that we do not have access to self hosted servers.
