Hi there!
One member of our team has problems exporting data to an Excel file on her computer. She was able to export her data on her tablet, but on the computer, she is getting a message error that says “Failed to create export.” I have no problem exporting the same data at my end.
Do you know what can be wrong with her computer that is not allowing her to export the data? Any advice is highly appreciated.

Hi @gabysamaniego, can you ask your colleague to try a different browser or log in with an incognito window. It may be a browser caching issue
