I have a very large dataset (over 10,000 surveys/rows) with 1,600 columns. Today, I was unable to ‘prepare the export’ so I could download my data. I download the data nightly and have been doing so for two months. Just three days ago, the number of surveys hit 10,000.
Do you know if the KoBo server is experiencing some sort of overload? Is there a limit to the number of submitted surveys that a form could handle? Or is there some sort of timeout on the creation of an export?

Hi Marly,
There was a brief issue with the server which prevented exports from being created. If you try again then it should be working now.
