Welcome to the community, @mkemei! Could you also let us know if the XLSForm are available in the server? Are you able to download as Media Attachments (ZIP)?
This can occur when the media file(s) previously uploaded with the submission have been deleted of removed.
As @Kal_Lam suggests, can you check whether the XLSX file is still present when you download the Project’s media, and whether there is a filename visible in the DATA table.
