Filter based on previous multiple response

A few days ago i wanted to deploy a form where first i wanted to select multiple region (North, Centre South.,so that depending on the multiple regions i select districts are displayed in the following question depending on the multiple regions selected in the prior question

select_multiple districts (north, Centre, South)

Then display districts that belong to either north alone or if north and centre are selected districts from both are displayed

please help
