Hi @hakan_cetinkaya , No it is not.
The previous question is multiple select, shocks the community experienced in the last 6 months, and the subsequent question is asking about the severity of each of the shocks selected previously
you appear to (appropriately) calculate within the repeat group which the current_shock is, but then dont actually display it anywhere? 
So my guess is you are just showing the severity select each time, but with no context.
Perhaps include a note within your repeat to display the current_shock calculation result?
