Form cannot be deployed because it contains error

I cannot deploy

my form as it shows a notification saying the form contains error. The previous versions were all ok.

Welcome to the community! Would you mind validating your xlsform with https://opendatakit.org/xlsform/ before deploying your survey. The link would be helpful to identify your syntax errors within the survey form.
