I am getting the following error below, but i am not sure what it means… does anyone have any insight or advice on this?

Could you explain further; did you create the form via XLS or via Form Builder? Ideally if the form is not sensitive could you share the XLS version of the form using a link to share folders. I can then look and see what exactly the issue is.
Check also if the issue exists in other projects within your account and report back on the results.

It was built via XLS.
I checked my other projects and they are ok.
I think i should be able to share, let me double check on that
