Form is looking for user credintial after deploy

Suddenly I am facing a new problem.

I tried data collection successfully after deploy(ing)

of several forms using enketo. But from now every form i develop and then deploy. If I use different PC/browsers then the page is looking for ‘Enter your KoBo Toolbox credentials’. (screenshot attached)

Whats wrong I did? Please suggest me the correct way.

Hi,
Your form is set to require authentication before collecting data i.e. someone must be a user within the platform to collect data. Kindly see a more related discussion here
