I want the note show like this:

(the infos are aligned together without the “_”)

Or this information will be same in all? Namely; static

Actually, I want the note show information like this:
I tried to format in the xlsform like this:

But in the review / deploy form it becomes this (all the space are trimed):

@kienl, it seems like you wish to have the tab in your note. Please be informed that the system does not support the formatting as you should see in a hardcopy or in Word.
That’s unfortunate.
I hope kobotoolbox will support this kind of format in the future.
