General Exception Error while sending the kobo collect forms to humanitarian server

Good day!

We have trouble accessing our account in humanitarian response since yesterday downtime. My enumerators can not successfully send the forms from KoboCollect to Humanitarian Server.

Also, this morning we have a error message while accessing the Kobo Humanitarian Server: “We’re sorry, but traffic from your account is destabilizing the service and has been temporarily blocked”.

I would like to know if there are limitation in the number of forms and submission using the humanitarian server?

I cant even download form to my kobo collect app.
