So we are currently collecting data for our project, everything seemed fine and was working good until recently when every submission is getting this weird generic error 500, sometimes some of the data is sent but gets corrupted during the upload
Welcome to the community, @malikmuzzammil! Is this an issue that is affecting only one device or is it an issue that is affecting multiple devices?
Yes, it is one of my field staff devices that is having this issue, we recently started collecting data, the first few days it was collecting the data just fine, but now it either sends corrupted data to the platform or does not send data at all. On the device it would show that upload has failed but send corrupted data on the server
even tho I asked my staff to save the data as draft on field and then come back and finalize it, the issue has still persisted,
1:- I went on the field myself and collected data too and it just went smoothly for me
2:- After these issues I asked this staff member to enter a dummy form and sent it, that went smoothly too
