Getting blank entries in the KoBoToolbox server except for date and time

Hi,
I just wonder why we are getting completely blank entries in the data, only get the date and time. Why is it happening?

Hi @khasaab,

This seems weird! Can you confirm that you submitted the complete data that was collected from your device/web-form? Would also appreciate if you could let us know the server you are using.

I think there are some additional blank entries which are coming with the data don’t know how. I am using server https://kc.kobotoolbox.org
I am still not sure whether it is the data which is going blank or its additional blank entries.
