Getting blank projects to Collect android app

Hullo Kal Lam,
Greetings. I created a new project in kobo collect and had it deployed. I am trying to get this to my tablets for data collection. I have entered the URL as “kobo.humanitarianresponse.info/#/forms” and entered my username: xxxxxxx and password: xxxxxxx
when i go to get blank form, it fails to display the form. what should i do?

I have followed the instructions but it says ‘Nothing Available to Display’. Does this mean I cannot connect to the server? What should I do?

I have gone through the support article but still cannot link to server.

Welcome to the community, @akabiru! You will need at least one deployed project to get the blank forms to your app. Could you ensure that you have a project deployed from your server?

Thanks, I do have a project but when I click ‘Get Blank Form’ it says ‘Nothing Available to Display’.

Have you configured your app as outlined in the support article shared previously:

If you follow the instructions outlined in the article you should be able to get the blank forms to your app.
