I have this form; in the home visit section, I want to have 3 selections 1. emergency visit, follow-up, and routine visit, but if i deploy this, only questions on routine visit come up
You appear to have multiple nested groups in your form, all of which are dependent on group_em3ti61, so they will therefore all - including ‘Emergency Visit’ and ‘Follow up’ - be hidden unless:
${type_of_home_visit} = 'routine_visit'
Further, the nested subgroup grp2 [of which grp5 and grp6 are further nested under…] also has its own show/hide logic:
${has_pregnant_woman_noticed_any} = 'no'
So unless both these conditions are true, grp5 and grp6 will therefore be necessarily hidden (!).
I suspect you probably have an error in your (sub)grouping; it’s not clear that you need a group-within-a-group-within-a-group-within-a-group-within-a-group-within-a-group-within-a-group-within-a-group…
