I have been having this same problem. I have successfully deployed several forms, but now am unable to deploy the next one and cannot find the source of the error. I am on the global server.
Welcome to the community, @mehumble! Maybe you could download your form as XLSForm and then validate it against the online validator to see if there are any syntax issues that are affecting your deployment.
