Help! Data not coming in

Hello,

We deployed a form that we sent out using the enketo link, people are submitting forms but I dont have any submission in the Kobo account. Just did a test myself using the “open” button directly in the project page, submitted the form, had the message saying it was sent, but the data tab is still not showing up and it says 0 submissions.

Any suggestion?

I see 4 submissions so far. Is this the figure or do you think there should be more submissions?
