Help me reset my password

I need your help. I have 2 kobo user names using one email address. the one that I am actively using is ppmjr12020 and the other one is ppmunezjr2020. I forgot my ppmjr12020 password and everytime I tried to reset it I received an email for resetting my password for ppmunezjr2020 instead. What should I do to make my request apply for ppmjr12020.
