How do i design a cascading select question in KoBoToobox?

Dear Admin,
Thanks for support me.
I have list of provinces and list of districts (subprovince).
How to i make in the form for 2 question in the logic: if i entry date in the province A, the district of the province A appear in the next question.

Thanks for your answer.
I have file, it is seem to not run in the kobo.
I can not upload file to here.
I have 12 provinces, 60 districts and 900 communes that make in cascading, but I try them some times, but not working.
