Do you wish to download the custom report? Else if you are talking of something else could you kindly share with us the screenshot of the issue you are referring to.

Yes, I’am saying the custom report generated by kobotoolbox it self.

If it’s from the custom report that you would like to save, kindly please follow the support article Viewing and Creating Custom Reports. It should help you out how to save your report as PDF.

Or in short:

Step 1: Press the printer like icon
