How can I add comments to the submitted reports in Kobo? I do receive a lot of reports using Kobo and would like to add direct comments to the reports as I review.

Unfortunately, this functionality isn’t directly supported at the moment.
What some users do as a workaround is create a hidden text field that becomes visible only to data reviewers by ussing skip logic.
They usually reveal it by entering a simple password or code, allowing reviewers to write their comments without exposing the field to regular data collectors.
