Welcome to the community, @duyvuquang! For this, you will need to first share your project as outlined in the support article Managing Permissions to provide submission access. Then you will need to manage them through the row-level permissions as outlined in the support article Row-Level Permissions. And please note, when you manage your project through the row-level permissions, you will need to check the Require authentication to see forms and submitted data.
